We’re excited to announce that we have now completed a major server upgrade for Road XS! Our team worked hard to ensure that our servers are now faster and more reliable.

With the new upgrade, users will be able to access Road XS at a higher speed than before.

We understand that this upgrade may have caused some temporary inconvenience for some users through Friday night. We thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked on this upgrade.

Just like with our drivers you can now see the status of your passenger memberships in the passenger list when viewing the passenger listings.

You can now access passenger journey notes via the passenger portal as normal, but we have now linked this up to the related journey ID too with a direct link to save having to manually find the journey.  A little workflow improvement we hope you will find useful and time-saving going forward.

The driver run sheet now reflects the smarter easier-to-read admin version.  This is now available via download in the driver portal automatically.

We have updated the workflow for car club users so that journeys will jump into fee pending, allowing for time and mileage to be fully added and manually overidden if required.

You can now see fares and fees in the journey analysis report for car club journeys.

You will now find invoices PDF download and previews back in their rightful place in the new design.

We have released a new update to the way we calculate recurring journeys.  This will smooth over the creation and improve the calculations of times and dates of recurring journey sets which get created.

We have released a number of further improvements in relation to the new version of Road XS launched yesterday.  

Please keep us posted if you find anything which looks like it's come from outer space.  We'll squash it.

With the new design, you can now start a conversation from the main menu selecting help and then emailing us from the popup.

We have released an update to the route optimisation algorithm to improve arrival accuracy.
