We have now released a number of settings for dial a ride users. You can now set the buffer time in between pickups, set the desired transit time per passenger, and set your pickup window length. In doing so you can now find out what works for your services. With an improvement on manual ordering, you can also override all the Road XS route estimations and manually add your route order and times too.
We have released a new vehicle allocation time report to show the time between journey / job creation and the time a vehicle was allocated to the job. This is mostly used for service level agreements for patient transport contracts.
We have just released a number of general improvements and bug fixes. This includes being able to differentiate data in the reports between the various schemes.
When configuring deliveries we now group the pickups in a smoother way. Just make sure the pickups are set to the same times and Road XS will take care of the rest for you.
Drivers can now make notes via the mobile driver portal whilst on their journeys. This means they can enable GPS to show where they are on the route and inform the admin teams of anything whilst on the journey. They can also use the inbuilt messaging system too.
A new, faster workflow for dispatching vehicles to journeys and jobs has been released. If a vehicle is already on a journey you can now also choose this vehicle but inform clients of the delay to their journey if it is selected.
We are pleased to announce the launch of high dependency emergency patient transport to Road XS. You can now dispatch and manage your patient transport services, vehicle and driver allocation on Road XS with rapid job creation. You can also allocate multiple crews to the same vehicle.
We have made some updates to the mobile driver portal to assist drivers on their routes.
