You can now choose whether to include dead mileage in your automated invoice generations.

Apt for Halloween!  We are pleased to announce today that you can now enable dead-mileage calculations.  Dead mileage, also known as subsidised mileage, means you can now see in Road XS mileage where the passenger is not in the vehicle and this automatically works out the cost for your accordingly.  Simply enable it in settings and each journey thereafter will include the dead mileage calculation.

When managing a return pickup, you will now see that the default location for the first pickup is now set to save you a few too many clicks.

You will now see on dispatch clearer pickup windows for passengers to give them greater confidence regarding arrival times.

You can now easily set the return pickup time when adding passengers to dispatch / dial a ride and DRT trips.  This helps speed up the journey creation and management flow.

We have some great news! We have made some improvements to the start and stop point feature. Now, you can more easily set your start and stop points when you are planning your route. This change will make it even easier for you to get where you need to go. Thanks for using Road XS!

In the driver lookup screen for drivers that are eligible for local journeys whilst they wait an icon will show up showing that they can fit it in and return for the original pickup time.

This will enable you to get more journeys from your volunteers drivers and hopefully support local communities even further.

As part of our upcoming summer release, we have pushed out some performance updates onto the Road XS platform today!  

You will now notice that Road XS is 62% faster.

You can now see on the journey overview which passengers and drivers have been pinpointed using What3Words.  This means that if you see strange mileage you know which passenger it is that is likely causing the issue.  Once all passengers and drivers are pinpointed you get the most accurate mileage automatically.
