As part of our upcoming summer release, we have pushed out some performance updates onto the Road XS platform today!
You will now notice that Road XS is 62% faster.
You can now see on the journey overview which passengers and drivers have been pinpointed using What3Words. This means that if you see strange mileage you know which passenger it is that is likely causing the issue. Once all passengers and drivers are pinpointed you get the most accurate mileage automatically.
We have now improved further the new What3Words integration. You will now see on passengers, drivers and locations the What3Words icon to show which have been pinpointed and which haven't. You now also have a direct link to the What3Words website too.
You can now pinpoint passenger, driver and locations with a What3Words location. Often Google can get mapping locations slightly wrong or off. Our solution was to manually drag the map pin to the right place - but this was time consuming. You can now just get the What3Words address and paste that in and the map will automatically pin it to the exact location. This will hugely improve accuracy of mileage and mean you will reduce errors with routing.

We have now added passenger contact information in the membership CSV report. You can use this export within mail merge functions to contact passenger's whose membership is expiring.
You can now export all invoice information and overdue invoices by building your own report based on the information you need at a moment's notice.
You will find the new report under finance in the reporting section of Road XS.
